Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between zpiso ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses or uses the zpiso online casino and sports betting platform available at zpiso.app.
By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the zpiso platform, you are deemed to have unconditionally accepted these Terms. - You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated bots, and artificial agents are not permitted to hold accounts.

Age Verification (KYC)
zpiso employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players are required to submit valid government-issued identification — such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, or Voter's ID — before making withdrawals or accessing certain platform features. Acceptable proof of age documents must clearly display your full legal name and date of birth.
zpiso reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any stage if there is a reasonable suspicion that the player does not meet the age or eligibility requirements. Any funds in a suspended account may be held pending verification or returned to the source payment method at zpiso's discretion.
Underage Gambling: Registration by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. zpiso cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities in cases involving underage gambling. Account Registration & Security
To access the full functionality of the zpiso platform, you must create a personal player account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:
One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the zpiso platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, zpiso reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the player and forfeit any pending balances or bonuses without prior notice.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and fund forfeiture.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zpiso login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. zpiso will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to protect your credentials.

Account Verification
zpiso may, at any time and for any reason, require you to complete identity verification procedures. Failure to complete verification within the stipulated time frame may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or full account restriction until verification is resolved.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the zpiso platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific payment methods may have individual minimum or maximum deposit limits that apply.
- Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and CLiQQ. Available methods are subject to change at zpiso's discretion.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source account upon detection.
- zpiso does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists as an anti-money-laundering (AML) measure.
- Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed the full KYC verification process and all applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied.
- zpiso targets processing of withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the player's chosen payment method and any additional verification requirements.
- zpiso reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawal requests or those flagged by the platform's fraud detection systems. Withdrawal processing may be delayed during these checks.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
zpiso is required by law and PAGCOR regulation to comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CTF) obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction and reporting to the relevant Philippine government authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. zpiso reserves the right to limit bonus offers to specific player segments at its absolute discretion.
- Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
- Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in their specific terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the player's balance without notice.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zpiso platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
- Cheating and Collusion: Using any software, tool, algorithm, or coordinated strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including card counting software, bot-assisted play, and collusion in poker or other multi-player games.
- Money Laundering: Using the zpiso platform as a vehicle for depositing, cycling, and withdrawing funds for purposes unrelated to genuine gambling entertainment, in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in relation to a legitimate zpiso transaction. Players who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and the disputed amounts will be pursued through legal channels.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access, probe, or test the security of the zpiso platform, its servers, or its administrative systems without express written authorization.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated means to interact with the zpiso platform in place of genuine human play.
- Abuse of Platform Staff: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward zpiso customer support agents or other players on the platform.

Any unauthorized use of zpiso's intellectual property will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, zpiso's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your zpiso account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
zpiso shall not be liable to you for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or zpiso had been advised of their possibility:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
- Loss of business, contracts, or opportunities.
- Loss of data or corruption of data.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.
- Losses arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or third-party service failures beyond zpiso's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit zpiso's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.
Gambling Risk: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the money you wager. zpiso does not guarantee any winnings. Participation in any game or betting market on zpiso is entirely at your own risk.
Privacy & Data Protection
zpiso collects and processes personal data in connection with your use of the platform. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the zpiso Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.
zpiso complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. As a data subject under Philippine law, you have the right to access, correct, and — in certain circumstances — request the deletion of personal data held about you by zpiso.
By using the zpiso platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. zpiso will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to what is necessary for platform operations, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention.
Amendments to These Terms
zpiso reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in PAGCOR regulations, Philippine law, platform features, payment methods, or internal operational policies.
When material changes are made to these Terms, zpiso will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or for security reasons and must take immediate effect.
Your continued use of the zpiso platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance in accordance with Section 4.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the zpiso platform, zpiso encourages you to first contact the customer support team to attempt to resolve the issue informally. If informal resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of resolving any dispute under these Terms.
